Tomorrowland, one of the most renowned electronic dance music festivals in the world, is set to make its grand debut in Asia this December. The festival will take place in Pattaya, Thailand, marking a significant milestone for both the event and the host country.

The decision to host Tomorrowland in Thailand comes as the nation increasingly solidifies its reputation as a hub for music, innovation, and experience-driven tourism. The festival was founded 20 years ago by Belgian brothers Manu and Michiel Beers and has since become synonymous with elaborate stage designs and vibrant celebrations, drawing EDM enthusiasts from around the globe.
Organizers are anticipating a substantial turnout, expecting more than 50,000 attendees each day during the event, which runs from December 11 to 13. Ticket pre-registration will kick off on January 8, with a “full madness pass” available for three days priced at 12,500 baht (approximately $400 or £300). For those looking to attend just a single day, a pass will be sold for 5,100 baht.
While Tomorrowland has previously hosted various events in Asia, this will be the first time the festival will be held in its full capacity on the continent, mirroring the scale and extravagance seen in its Belgian counterpart. The Tomorrowland group has secured a five-year agreement with Thailand, with expectations to generate around 21 billion baht (about $673 million or £497 million) over this period, according to local media reports.
